Hiko Health and Fitness is the hub of Whanau fitness. We are a High Intensity Fitness training facility with added value for money. Our positive and supportive approach reflects our cultural values, welcome people from all backgrounds whether that is ethnicity, age, gender or fitness level. We pride ourselves in providing tailored programmes for individuals and organisations that need to incorporate exercise back in their lives but who are intimidated by the health and fitness industry. We help others to help themselves by taking a holistic approach towards health and well being; and by setting realistic goals with achievable outcomes.
