Hospice Gardens

After operating for the first 6 years of its life as a "Op-shop" in the traditional sense, the Wanganui East Hospice Shop has been given an extensive makeover, and everyone is loving today's look. After the Hospice Foundation purchased the site and funded the renovations (with some interesting times along the way), a phoenix emerged. The proof of this winning formula was shown with the success of the Gonville Shop in Tawa Street. Much of what had proved to be so successful with their makeover left us with the desire to want to replicate the improved customer experience in yet another comfortable shop. Come and have a look; you'll be pleasantly surprised at what this old rubber-matting producing factory has turned into! Lynda and her outstanding staff will be on hand to greet you.
