Maranui SLSC Club Lounge

Looking to offer your staff and clients a unique experience; direct on the beach away from the concrete jungle? Throw in some delicious creative healthy food and Havana coffee and they will have a very memorable time!

Located near to the Airport, with free car parking, Maranui Surf Life Saving Club offers a boutique conference room, the Club Lounge, right under the Maranui Cafe, with spectacular views of the Lyall Bay beach.

Maranui Surf Life Saving Club in Lyall Bay is five minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from the Wellington CBD. It is on the foreshore of the bay with direct access onto the beach and premier views over Cook Strait offering guests a unique experience.

Maranui Surf Life Saving Club is a fully operational surf club with an emphasis on Nippers and water education.

The Club Lounge is an intimate, modern venue suitable for meetings, seminars and workshops for up to approximately 25 attendees.

It is equipped with two plasma screens and a large whiteboard. There is one large board table, and six smaller tables with ample seating. Wi-Fi is available for an extra charge.

Catering and beverages are arranged through the bookings manager. Menus are available on request.

Rates
Full day - between 8.30am and 5.00pm - $300
Part day - less than 5 hours - $200
Wi-Fi available - Half day $15, Full day $25

The Club is not available for Hire on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays during Surf Life Saving season - approximately October to end of March.

- A large meeting table which can seat up to 10 people.
- Two large flat screen TVs - can be directly linked to laptops.
- A large whiteboard and Flip Chart Easel.
- 6 x trestle tables and 30+ chairs also available.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and oven.

- 5 minutes to Wellington Airport.
- Wi-Fi - half day and full day rates.
- Changing facilities including Showers.

Maranui Café
On arrival you are most welcome to venture upstairs to the Maranui café and organise a cafe tab for coffees and/or food which will be invoiced at the end of your event. We deliver morning and afternoon tea to the room and offer lunch in the cafe.
