At NRG Gore we have just celebrated our 1st anniversary and it has been an amazing ride so far.
Our group fitness timetable has grown and we offer heaps of classes such as Circuit, Spin, Stretch, Bar Burner, Bums & Tums, Yoga & Stretch.
We have dedicated classes for Mums & Bubs and our Little Ninjas class is a 30 min blast for the kids. The gym is fully equipped and offers 24/7 access. Plus we have Gore’s only sauna for relaxing after your workout.
