Pātuki Manawa Digital Hub

The Centre | Pātuki Manawa Digital Hub is a Western Bay of Plenty District Council project made possible with support of the Provincial Growth Fund (PGF), and the Lion Foundation, Katikati Community Board, NZ Lottery Grants Board, Priority One and Venture Centre

Designed to support the Digital Enablement of our community groups and businesses, the Digital Hub opened its doors on 3rd December 2020 as a fully technology enabled space.

The Centre Pātuki Manawa Digital Hub is a bookable physical space (think super modern community hall with all the latest tech trimmings!) with access to superfast broadband alongside community and business focussed services such as hot desks, video conferencing and meeting spaces.

It provides digital connectivity, support the development of digital skills and encourage the use of emergent digital technologies. It aims to enhance the local digital environment and is available to the public, businesses, and community groups and organisation. In this current phase of development, the broad community of Katikati and its sub-region are invited to come along, check it out and inform the types of events, workshops and educational opportunities they would like to see there.
