The Refugee Orientation Centre Trust

The Refugee Orientation Centre Trust (ROC) is a not for profit organization started in 2005 by former refugees. Their experiences and difficulties faced from the time of arrival to integration were too long and had many gaps of understanding. They wanted to address these issues for people of refugee backgrounds by educating and orientating them to have better community participation and smooth their cultural integration into New Zealand society.

Our Mission - To help former refugees to acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to increase community participation and cultural integration.
