Learn the basics of Hatha yoga in a relaxed, supportive environment where you can practice at your own pace, and build a foundation that supports your own body and breath rhythm.

Classes integrate slow mindful movements and flows, somatic mind-body integration, strengthening poses, breath awareness and deep relaxation. You will leave feeling balanced, restored and energised.

All bodies and fitness levels warmly welcomed.

Please bring a Yoga mat, a blanket for relaxation and wear comfy clothes you can move and sit in easily. Limited mats and blankets available.

Cost $15 per class or $120 for the term if paid at the beginning of term. The term goes for 10 weeks which means if you pay for the term you get 2 free classes.
