In yoga, the poses can be seen as tools we can use to understand habitual thought processes, release emotions and stress stored in the body, and enable each one of us to uncover our true nature and live our best life.

We (Charlotte and Jen) have both spent extensive time in India, the origin of yoga, where we have been studying, practising and training for senior teachers with decades of knowledge and wisdom. In our own lives we have experienced the profound benefits of yoga, in both body and mind, and we are very excited to share this wholesome practise with you - for you to explore your self!

Join us for 2 hours of yoga in an inclusive and friendly environment.
