Quiet Time - Drop-in meditation sessions.

Half an hour just for you. This is an iRest mindfulness meditation class where you get to take your shoes off, lie down, and rest.

No doing, no planning, just Being.

It's an easily accessible guided meditation practice focusing on body and breath sensing. It's time to reconnect with yourself, what you want for your life, and a few moments to simply slow down and rediscover the wholeness that already exists within.

*No previous meditation experience required. Just bring a sprinkling of curiosity and comfortable clothing.
