Mark Laurent

Glenn Ross Campbell & Neil Finlay are two of Aotearoa's finest exponents of country blues & western jump swing. Glenn has a reputation on the world stage as a leading pedal & lap steel player. Neil has a fantastic repertoire of deeply earthed roots music, plus a fine voice & guitar style.

Neil writes; "Neil and Glenn's most recent collaboration is as members of the 'Deadbeats' which performed as guests at the Auckland Folk Festival in 2018. Over the last 25 years these two have worked at bringing blues, country, and jump swing styles together to form their own unique brand of finger picking fun."

Mark Laurent will do an opening set, & possibly jam with the boys too. There's no entry charge at Cafe One2One - we simply have a koha teapot on the counter into which you're most welcome to put your contributions for the musicians.
