Nurture your body and mind through winter. Join me for weekly drop in Hatha Yoga sessions to balance, restore and energise your body and mind, in a beautiful, tranquil setting.
Sessions are small and friendly, with a meditative quality, and include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and guided relaxations. Suitable for all abilities. Beginners welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Cost $12.
