This is a class especially for our precious yoga mamas to be, suitable from 14 - 40 weeks.
We will learn calming mindfulness & breathing techniques and move slowly & safely through nourishing yoga poses. Prenatal yoga is safe to practice & can help to remedy some common pregnancy complaints (sore back & shoulders, pelvic girdle pain etc). Enjoy both physical & mental benefits - you deserve to spoil and treat yourself during this special time.
This class is running on Sundays from 10.30-11.30am from September 15th onwards. Book your place via our website: www.flourishyoga.co.nz (Drop-in $25, or pay less per class by using one of our class passes).
