In this five-week introductory course you will gain insight into your own physical, somatic and creative potentials in relation to solo, partner and group work. We will explore some of the foundational Acroyoga and Contact Improvisation skills and discover how these different practices and philosophies intersect, contrast and compliment one another. We will explore some of the connections, differences and potentialities of Contact Improvisation and Acroyoga.
Pre-requisites: A basic level of fitness / experience in other physical forms such as yoga, dance or sport - no acro yoga or contact improv experience required
