Wellington Timebank No Sh*t Giftshop

The Wellington Timebank No Sh*t Gift Shop is back again this December!

The aim of the Pop Up No Sh*t Gift Shop is to support local artists/crafters and provide alternative Christmas shopping options, reducing consumerism around Christmas time. It challenges the way we buy our gifts by offering them for Time credits (the time it took to make them) plus the material cost (the physical cost of making the gift).

There will be arts and crafts, sustainable cosmetics and toys, jewellery and much more!

It's an opportunity for Timebankers to showcase their creative talents and make a bit of spare cash. The No Sh*t Gift Shop is a Christmas gift market for Timebankers who can buy at Timebank price (TB Credits + Material Cost) and non Timebankers who pay the (very fair) full retail price designated.

So join up to the Timebank if you want some sweet bargains!

Timebankers also offer vouchers for their services (sold for Time credits) so you can give the voucher as a gift to someone or use it yourself. These range from massage to cooking, dance lessons to haircuts.

The 2020 No Sh*t Giftshop will be held from 11-4pm Sunday 15th of December at the Newtown Festival pop Up Shop (located next to the Newtown New World, 205 Riddiford Street).
