The Sky Tower is proud to present yoga sessions on the Main Observation Deck of New Zealand’s most iconic building. Relax and take in the 360 degree views of Auckland and its surrounding beauty. Sunrises look more spectacular from the edge of your yoga mat, 186 metres in the sky.

Amanda Fell is a yoga instructor with a passion for living each moment in a mindful and aware state. Amanda trained in New Zealand at Wellpark College of Natural Therapies and has attended workshops and specialised trainings abroad, such as Prenatal Yoga.

Amanda's classes are always an experience, whether they are upbeat and dynamic, or slow and restorative. Classes are set to an inspiring playlist that takes you on a journey and uplifts your practice. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner, or an advanced yogi, Amanda loves to see the yoga spark ignited in everyone!

Once your online purchase has been completed you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided. You will need to bring this email (either printed or in a readable form on your mobile device) to the Sky Tower ticket counter upon arrival on the specified date, where it will be exchanged for a singular Sky Tower Yoga session ticket.

Sky Tower Yoga single session tickets are valid for the selected booked date only. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered in any way. All visitors must be 15 years of age or over. Yoga mat will not be provided unless booked in advance at the time of the online booking.

Visibility from the Main Observation Deck of the Sky Tower is not guaranteed pendent on the weather conditions.
