Yoga Saturday Class

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This course runs over nine Saturday mornings 9 - 10:30am starting 9 February 2019.

Stretch, relax and feel good! Yoga helps you to tone, strengthen and revitalise your whole body and learn to manage stress. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a rug or mat. This is a general class catering to both beginners and those with some yoga experience.
