Phase 1 basic and phase 2 advanced CQC courses of instruction and assistant instructor and instructor under assessment training and testing.
Attitude is most important to competency achievement and advancement. Skill first then increases in speed to achieve momentum/velocity. Less is more in the sense of individual primary skills selection and competency/proficiency increases. Train with quietly confident commitment to self-improvement. Train with safety accuracy and controlled aggression. All phase 1 exponents require a CQC neck protector for training and testing. Common sense must prevail in volunteering for phase testing. Your competency proficiency and confidence must be high across all test requirements. You must have a never quit mentality.
