Tudual Hervieux is a master of Bombard , Breton pipes and Binou and is a professional instrument maker. They are from Vannes Brittany a Celtic nation on the Western seaboard of France.

They have been tutoring at the annual NZ Gaidhealtachd a summer school for authentic Traditional Celtic Arts. This concert will also feature other tutors and top students of this summer school.

Brittany has its own proud history ,language, music and customs. The Breton language is one of the oldest in Europe and is allied to Welsh and Cornich.

The music bears relationship to Irish and Scottish but also has its own characters. For those who enjoy Celtic music of any form, this will be an interesting and enjoyable experience.
