Less Stress more zen has been created with your needs in mind bringing together a series of accessible yoga postures, guided breathing techniques and the deeply restorative and meditative experience of Yoga nidra.
Join me online from the Pure Yoga home studio to bring more zen into your life. This course features - Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga.
We all lead busy lives. We’re used to multi-tasking, we hold tension in our bodies and our breathing patterns which limits our ability to feel energized and relaxed. We need to create the time and space to let go, to de-frag from the endless inputs and demands and move into a present state of Being. This state is very powerful for instilling peace and feeds us on all levels.
I’m passionate that you have the tools to bring more calm into your life so will share resources and inspiration on how to embed yoga bytes into your day.
