This programme, combining Yoga and other somatic (sensory) movement techniques, is offered each term with the intention of working with the same group of women on an on-going basis. The class format caters more for individual circumstances than larger classes and questions and discussion are encouraged. The programme is limited to 6 participants.

You do not need to have had any prior experience of Yoga or fit any stereotypical idea of what a Yoga practitioner looks like. Classes are inclusive of everyone and practices will be modified to suit your specific requirements.

Pre-registration is essential.
