Christchurch Boys Choir - Made in Canterbury 2022

Christchurch Boys’ Choir has been part of Christchurch for over 35 years. We are passionate about maintaining and cultivating the unique sound that is the treble voice. The CBC is not affiliated with any one Christchurch school or church, so the repertoire we perform is not confined to one specific context. This allows us to perform a wide range of repertoire throughout the year, from traditional choral music to musical theatre. The choir has performed in venues across the country and has collaborated with other choirs and orchestras on several occasions.

Every year we lose boys whose voices are changing and gain fresh younger voices. This means the choir can change quite a bit from year to year. However, we still strive to continue improving and growing as an ensemble. At Made in Canterbury 2022, CBC will present a few songs to showcase some of the wide range of repertoire the boys can perform.
