Schola Musica is a string chamber orchestra featuring some of Nelson’s finest string players, tutored by Margarita Jackson and Lissa Cowie. All students study through NCMA and range in age between 11 and 17 years. There is no conductor and the students take turns leading their sections. We are delighted to be performing works by composers including Britten, Telemann, Bach and Hummel. Don’t miss an opportunity to support and encourage our younger generation of fabulous musicians.
