White Wines of North-West Iberia

Inspired by my visit to the amazing restaurant Cervejaria Ramiro in Lisbon, this is going to be all about white wines from the cooler parts of Iberia, where white wine and seafood reign supreme.

Ticket includes four whites drawn from Quinta de Paços (Minho, Portugal) & Destinos Cruzados (Contado do Tea, Spain). We will pair this with some goodies from the ocean and finish with a surprise dessert.
