Women in Business Networking Series with Liz Van Welie

Welcome to another installment of our Women in Business Networking Series!

We have created this event as a way of bringing local businesswomen together in a relaxed, social environment.

We have a local legend speaking for us this time! Many of you will know Liz as the friendly face you see if you take your kids to swimming at Liz Van Welie Aquatics.

Liz is coming along to share her story. Having competed at the Sydney 2000 Olympics and coming away with a Silver Medal at the Manchester Commonwealth Games in 2002, Liz definitely has a story to tell.

Tickets are per event and include a brunch, bubbles (or non-alcoholic drink), juice, tea/coffee.

Choose one:
PYTTIPANNA – Chorizo sausage, roasted potatoes, red onions, spinach, basil, sundried tomato, capers, fennel and mustard seeds, poached egg and beetroot relish

EGGS BENE – 2 poached eggs, hickory smoked salmon or bacon, spinach, toasted Turkish and hollandaise

FRENCH TOAST – Gingerbread French toast, bacon, rhubarb and raspberry compote, maple syrup, crème anglaise

ROSTI STACK – Potato & herb rosti and sweet potato rosti with portobello mushroom, roastedtomato, spinach, avocado and a Cajun creamed sauce
