All levels of experience welcome.
Learn yoga Asana (body postures), learn Pranayama techniques (working with your breath) and find space to still your mind so that you can connect to your own inner space.
Yoga mats can be borrowed but if you can - bring your own mat and blanket.
Susan is a certified yoga teacher through the Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation.
