In this 5-week beginners wheel throwing course, aspiring potters will learn the basic throwing techniques used to throw cylinders, cups and bowls.
You will learn to throw, trim and glaze your creations.
By week 4 you will be able to choose you 4 favourite pieces to be bisque fired ready for glazing in the final week.
Age12 and up
Dates:
Session 1: Saturday 26th March 10- 12.30pm
Session 2: Saturday 2nd April 10- 12.30pm
Session 3: Saturday 9th April10- 12.30pm
Session 4: Saturday 16th April 10- 12.30pm the following week we break for Anzac weekend and then come back on:
Session 5: Saturday 30th April 10- 12.30pm
$299 includes all materials and firings.
Participants are asked to bring their own aprons
Maximum class size 5
Our policy is that all students and tutors must be fully vaccinated and students are required show their vaccine pass when they arrive. Mask wearing is recommended (or mandated depending on government settings) for all students.
