We’re super excited to bring you Pae Ora – a day where you and your whānau can come together and join us for a free 5km or10km walk/run.
Whakawhanaungatanga and kai await you at the end!

Time: 9:30am
Where: Bottle Lake Forrest Park - The main entrance and car park is off Waitikiri Drive, off Burwood Road, via either Marshlands or Burwood. You can reach the park on foot from Spencer Park and from North Shore along the Southern Pegasus Bay track.
The Course: Pae Ora 2022 has a 5km or 10km option.
Note: No dogs are permitted at this event.

Postponement
If the event is postponed to another date, your entry can be transferred to the new postponement date.
Cancellation
If the event is cancelled at short notice due to circumstances outside the control of He Waka Tapu, in the first instance we will endeavour to reschedule the event and your entry will betransferred to the new date.
