Join yoga experts Dana Niebsch and Natasya Yusoff for a transformative 2-hour Yin Yoga workshop. Set on a beautiful Sunday evening, this workshop is aimed at offering participants an immersive experience of chakra balancing through yin yoga and sound healing using beautiful quartz crystal singing bowls.

Chakras, as per yogic tradition, are the energy points in our body through which our life force, or prana, travels. The state of balance in these energy centres greatly influences our emotional well-being, perception, physical health, and overall life experiences. When in balance, these chakras can help cultivate peace, enhance focus, and nourish loving relationships.

In this workshop, you will explore the depths of your Yin Yoga practice, guided by thoughtful journal prompts to help you understand the balance or imbalance within your chakras. Accompanied by the soothing and beautiful sounds of singing bowls, this journey into your energy centres promises to be an enlightening one.

Included in your registration is a personalized notebook journal and pen for you to capture your insights, inspirations, and revelations during the session. You're encouraged to bring your coloured pens or markers for a more visually engaging note-taking experience.

The doors open early for participants to enjoy a warm cup of tea, draw from our oracle decks, and secure a preferred spot in our tranquil studio.

Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to rejuvenate your energy and delve deeper into your yoga practice. We look forward to welcoming you on this enlightening journey!
