Linkwater Market

This very popular outdoor market takes place in the grounds of Queen Charlotte Tavern, enabling patrons to browse among the stalls, sit in the grounds enjoying a coffee and a bacon buttie ,or a whitebait sandwich if you are lucky!
There are always a wide variety of stalls, crafts, preserves, chocolates, plants, knitted items, bric a brac, books and puzzles are among the usual items on sale.
The Lions always run a raffle for a leg of hoggett. $2 a ticket or 3 for $5.
Proceeds from the Lions stall, site fees and the raffle contribute to providing funding for youth events in the Pelorus area.
