Like a little calm oasis in your week? Come along to Relaxing Yoga and invite a deep sense of peace and relaxation into body, mind and soul...
In this delicious mid-week rejuvenator, you'll move through postures coordinating your breath with mindful awareness. Then there'll be time for you to invite a deep sense of relaxation into your body and mind in comfortably supported postures using bolsters, blocks and blankets (provided), allowing your body and mind to rest deeply.
