Come join us at Ed's Jazz Club Sidecar 1 for a night of smooth jazz and good company on June 29th at 6pm!
Featuring Mike Kime on bass, Gavin Shepherd on piano, Lou Moverly on drums, Matt Davis on saxophones and Mike Bickers on trumpet.
The band was formed to primarily play the cool and bop sounds of Miles Davis, primarily from the 1960’s with Wayne Shorter and Herbie Hancock. Side Car 1 also plays a smattering of classics and standards, but with a modern aesthetic.
Get set for an evening of cool, sophisticated jazz featuring the catalogue of Miles, Dizzy, Mingus and other modernists!
