Sunrise Yoga at the Museum

The struggle between dark and light is momentarily paused during the upcoming autumn equinox as they share the same time across the world.

Celebrate this balance of day and night by balancing your body and mind in our limited yoga and meditation series with our wellness partners, Soul Centre. All are welcome, as we start the day with a gentle and uplifting yoga class to welcome the rising sun under the Museum's roof-top dome, followed by a meditation session to uplift the spirits and inspire more light in our lives.
