Autumn Colours Pendants and Earrings

This 3-hour session will focus on texturing and forming silver earrings or pendants, with added colourful and textural components like shell, feathers, muka (flax fibre) and leather! You can also use brass if you prefer the golden tone.

Creating beautiful textured silver pieces with colour, fun and texture is the name of the game!

Students will be shown how to use special jewellery tools to heat, texture, form and polish their pieces, as well as clever connections for non-metal decorative elements.

Materials provided for the class projects and extra metal and things like sterling silver chains are available for purchase in the class should you want to go crazy and make lots of pairs. Most students leave with two pairs of earrings, 1 in silver and one in copper or brass.
