Create a Matariki lantern with your whānau.
Visit our craft station at Space Place during the long weekend, where you can weave your own lantern to mark the Māori New Year.
Choose your favourite coloured paper strips and weave them together. After creating your lantern you can write a special message on it and take it home to hang up.
