Your Eventfinda Promoter Portal account is automatically enabled for your staff to sell tickets on the door or over the phone to your customers via your own Box Office.
You will see the Box Office button under your event in Eventfinda Promoter Portal
You will be taken to your box office point-of-sale where you will be able to sell tickets to your event.
You can accept payments from your customers via cash or EFTPOS depending on your set up.
You also can sell tickets to your audience anytime over the phone. Simply process the customer’s request as usual. On the final screen in the box office, you have the ability to select payment method.
For phone sales, select the Credit Card online payment method and enter the customer’s credit card details as they supply them over the phone.
Once an order has been completed, you will be taken to the Order detail page.
