Log in
Log in to Eventfinda Promoter Portal with your account.
Go to Events
From the Dashboard, click on Events in the top left corner.
Click Door List
Scroll to the event you wish to create a new ticket type for and click the Door List button on the right hand side.
Click Download
In the next screen, click on 'Download' on the session you want to view. A PDF will download with the ticketholder's name, ticket number and ticket type
If the session isn't off-sale yet, you'll see a note that the list might not be final.
