Log in to Eventfinda Promoter Portal with your account.
From the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select Ticketholders.
Filter your ticketholder list down by Tours, Events, Ticket Type, Value, or Purchase Date as required.
From the Ticketholders screen, click the Sync With MailChimp button located on the right-hand side above the ticketholders list.
From here, you will need to ensure you are logged in to MailChimp, if you aren't you will be directed to log in and authorise to sync your contacts and then select the MailChimp List to sync your ticketholders with.
Your ticketholders list will then be imported into the Mailchimp list as a background process.
