Log in to Eventfinda Promoter Portal with your account details.
Reporting
Select Reporting from the left-hand side navigation menu.
Financial Overview
Click on Financial Overview and you can look at this daily or multiple times a day as it's updated in real-time.
- Here you can see a summary across all of your events or get a breakdown by event individually
- Select the events you want to report on via the dropdown, select a date range if required and apply filters
- You'll be able to see Tickets Issued and Gross Ticket Revenue by event
- You can export this info to CSV or PDF by clicking on the buttons on the right hand-side
Event sales report
Click on an event you want to view more detail on. The sales report page will show you:
- Tickets sold today
- Total tickets issued
- Today's gross revenue
- Total gross ticket revenue
- Scroll down to see Ticket Volume by Session and choose to expand for more details either for all or for a particular session including tickets that are put on hold

- Sales vs Refunds
- Sales & Revenue which defaults to Ticket Type but can also be viewed by Session and Box Office
- Full financial overview for this event showing sales revenue, fees and net ticketing
- At the bottom of this page you will see the amount reconciled for this event if you are looking at a past event or a partial session reconciliation
