The Auckland Racing Club is New Zealand's premier racing club and Ellerslie is the show place of the Thoroughbred Industry. Ellerslie hosts twenty four race meetings a year and the course has a world renowned reputation for the beauty of its lawns, gardens and trees as well as its famous steeplechase track.
First class, award-winning facilities in the modern Ellerslie Stand provide the ultimate in raceday amenities, as well as being used extensively outside of racedays under the banner of the Ellerslie Event Centre.
