I use a combination of facilitation and body processes that empower you to find peace, make changes in your life, achieve your goals and create the future you desire. Removing the stress around change, health, and life in general can allow you to create more than you ever thought possible.
Our bodies have an innate healing ability which can be activated by touch. Using acupressure points, immune system points, meridian systems along with facilitation techniques we can empower you to relax and enjoy the changes you desire.
