The species roses in the Timaru Botanic Garden have received national recognition.
Highlights include the Graeme Paterson Conservatory, ponds and threatened plant collections. Other special collections include:
• Roses, Erica, conifers, herbaceous, herbs, legumes, annuals.
• Native flora with emphasis on Scrophulariaceae and indigenous grasses
• South American, cacti, succulents, pinetum.

Open Wednesday and Sunday 2pm-4pm
