This is a fun, supportive weekly Yoga and Mindfulness class for young people. Suitable for 13-18 year olds.

Learn to:
- Manage stress and anxiety
- Breathe healthily
- Get some head space
- Build strength
- Get more flexible
- Be happy in your own skin

Classes integrate mindfulness practices, strength and flexibility movements, breath awareness, and relaxation. Students learn strategies to cope with the challenges they meet at school and in their lives.

All bodies and fitness levels warmly welcomed. Please bring a drink bottle and wear comfy clothes you can move and sit comfortably in. Yoga mats available.

Helen has a yoga teaching diploma with IYTA (NZ), a children's yoga teaching certificate with Yoga in Daily life, and she has completed numerous yoga retreats and trainings, and mindful meditation retreats over the past 20 years.
