The Winter solstice is a time for celebration of the longest hours of darkness, where the sun is in a time of rebirth and so are we. It is believed to be powerful for regeneration, renewal and self-reflection. We are inviting you to come and join us as we celebrate and ritual with other women (which is powerful in itself), where we discuss and cultivate our desires, our dreams and create clarity on our visions.
Vision boards are intentional time to get clear on what you are truly wanting, and get them into reality.
Co-created by Monique Carmella and Healing Rays with Rachel. We will provide you with all the materials needed for the board, snacks and cups of tea for replenishment and sustenance, and we will facilitate the space with an opening and closing meditation. Also a little dance to end and really integrate that manifestation!
We invite in this space deep conversation, so not your everyday "how is work?" or "oh nice weather today right?" type of chit chat. We invite the unspoken dreams, the inner desires you hold and the discussions around why you want these things. Your fears and reservations. All of it. We are here to hold you in your creations.
