Log in to Eventfinda Promoter Portal with your account details.
Click on the Create New Event button and set up your event as usual. For virtual-only events select Virtual Location as your venue. Get your event submitted for approval.
Set up your account with Vidzing. They will call or email you to onboard you personally and create your channel within 48hrs if not sooner. You’ll still own all your content, data, audience and sales - you are responsible for music licensing but talk to Vidzing for help and advice on this. Ad-free, secure and 100% yours. Once complete, please let your designated Eventfinda Account Manager know or email ticketing@eventfinda.co.nz.
Start promoting your event and selling tickets. Virtual tickets to your event are purchased via Eventfinda.
Ticketholders will receive an email confirmation and activation link from Vidzing. They will need to activate their account on Vidzing to receive secure access to your content.
If it’s a live event, ensure ticketholders know the scheduled time to view your virtual event.
Stream access is unique to the ticketholder. Access can’t be shared and can only be watched on one device at a time.
Ticketholders can cast from their browsers to watch the video through their TV.
The live stream of your event or on-demand video will be viewable on your custom branded Vidzing channel.
Your content can be viewed on Windows and iOS operating systems, and Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers.
