Wool Street Bar & Grill was originally The Twisted Hop Pub. The venue opened on Ferry Road in November 2012. With a history in Christchurch going back to 2004. In 2020, it changed our name to Wool Street Bar & Grill following the sale of the Brewery.
Cask conditioned real ales are chilled to 12 degrees and are served in the traditional manner from the firkin using a beer engine. While undergoing final fermentation in the barrel, the beer is fresh and still alive when it reaches your glass.
A great introduction to Craft beer is to select a taster tray.
They offer a changing range of guest craft beer from around New Zealand.
You will find a great food selection from snacks and sharing plates to a la carte, plus daily specials. For your special occasion they can cater for larger groups of up to 40 people in the private mezzanine.
